I’m so happy with the way the middle panel turned out. I’m not very comfortable with drawing backgrounds so whenever one turns out half way decent, I feel pretty good about my self. That us until I run up against the next background. I’m a bit relieved that the port city won’t show up again for a few more chapters; it gives me a chance to get good enough with drawing backgrounds to do justice to the city’s appearance.
