About

The story thus far:

Soon after her aunt’s death Fae wakes up in a strange new land where her survival is dependent upon two strangers who may not have her best interests at heart. As Fae journeys across the land she learns more about a past she didn’t know she lost and a future she must bring to pass.

The story about the author:

Hi!

I’m really bad at writing about myself because I don’t think there’s anything about me that anyone would find particularly interesting. I graduated college in 2011 with a BA in Visual and Dramatic arts and will soon be going back to school to earn yet another degree (I love learning things). I’ve always been drawing on whatever paper I could get a hold of but it wasn’t till around 2009 that I actually took a formal drawing class. I started up Eternity Complex a very long time ago and only recently relaunched it after many years of not working on it.

The story behind the story:

Eternity Complex has gone through a lot of changes over the years. The first incarnation of the story was a quiz series on Quizilla.com called Strange Happenings (feel free to search for the quiz, but several quizzes share the same title). To avoid too much embarrassment I am not going to link to the original set of quizzes. I’ll only warn you that my former treatment of the English language is not the sole reason for this decision.

The second incarnation of Eternity Complex was a web comic. I was able to turn out about 140 pages in the one year I was updating while in high school, but college happened and I stopped working on the project. Suffice it to say I was under prepared for the amount of work necessary to be successful at college. And, honestly, I should never have gone to college strait out of high school. You can still find the original version of Eternity Complex online on Drunk Duck but, again, no links shall be provided as there’s enough differences between the two version to cause a lot of confusion (and I’m a bit embarrassed by the old version).

As for the story in it’s current incarnation, it’s constantly evolving. Even when I was between versions I would be mentally reworking the story when ever I got the chance. I’m really looking forward to what is coming up next in the plot and I hope you enjoy reading Eternity Complex as much as I enjoy working on it. 🙂
